The simple answer is: not really. This is because the Sistine Chapel is the last room at the end of all the galleries in the Museums. If a client would like to tour only the Sistine Chapel, it will still take around 1.5 hours or more to reach the end of the galleries (especially if there is a high influx of tourists). In total, we’ve determined that the tour of just the Sistine Chapel alone would last 2 hours. Please note however that the tour of the Sistine Chapel on it’s own is only an extension and must accompany another tour. Overall, we would highly recommend touring all of the Vatican Museums including the Sistine Chapel because there is a treasure-trove of art and culture to absorb!
